Is the pipeline of 45 meters in diameter? You need to check the D/t and the whether the thickness can take this pressure.

Can you pls express more, as to why you are not able to calculate the bending stresses.

Pipe design factor F 0.72
Design temp 100 deg c
operating temp 28 degc
Steel grade X60
SMYS of pipe 60000 psi
Youngs modulus 30000000 psi
Thermal coeff of exp 1.17E-05
poissoins ratio 0.3
i have to verify calculation for minimum elastic bend radius, forthat I have to find the restrained bending stress and unrestrained bending stress. icant get them .pls help me to get it
