Steve,
Prima Vera is not cheap, and it is not easy to learn or as user-friendly as MS project (No undo button, dos file structure etc.) But if you want to do resource driven activity then Prmavera is the only way to go. You might want to take a look at Suretrak Project Manager as well before you make your decision.

Zeki

Hi Rick
by far by who and where?
I heard the big boys use Prima Vera and lesser mortals use Project. I am a lesser mortal. A few of the big boys I spoke to use Prima Vera in-house but Project to clients because of software availability. Is this true or are they having me on? It wouldn't be the first time they have.
Cheers
Steve

PRIMAVERA is by far the most commonly used software in planning and cost scheduling tasks.
