Pig testing.

Hai,

We are constructing a pig Handling System (loading and retrieving system). Pig is loaded into the pig launcher by using a hydraulic cylicder ram which pushes the pig.
So a functional test has to be done on the system before installation. The test will include a visual test of the platform, Assenbly check of hydraulic system (ie, Operation of hydraulic ram to full stroke extension and retraction).

So I just want to know the steps involved in the test to make a brief procedure. Can anyone guide me.
