Vibrations in a pipeline

We have a reactor loop integrated with recycle gas system. The products from the reactor at ~ 400 deg C go to feed/effluent exchangers. There is a fin fan exchanger installed downstream of CFE. This exchanger cools the products to about 50 deg c. Products are then routed to product separator through a trim cooler, where products are further cooled to 42 deg C. Product separator separates gas from Liquid is bottoms product, whereas gas is recycled back to reactor via a recycle gas compressor.

Recently recycle gas flow requirement has down as a result of catalyst change. However we are not able to reduce the recycle gas flow rates, as we observe very heavy vibrations in the pipe line connecting fin fan cooler and trim condenser and also the pipeline connecting trim cooler to product separator.

We would like to know what could be the reasons for such a behavior and what could be done about you. Any reference to website or a book would be helpful.

Thanking you in anticipation please.
