Steve,

If you want some extra info that is current, I am able to put you in touch with a bloke I know that works in the bush dealing with the local tribes in NG. He provides a contract service for one of the mining companies and his job is to negotiate access to areas.

If anyone would know of the current situation this guy would. Let me know what you wish to do.
