I guess it depends what you class as resemble, maybe in looks? Emus stand 6'
tall, eat
virtually anything they can get their beak around, including snakes and are
far from an endangered species.
Their habitat is mainly open dry plain areas which is distinctly the
opposite to the cassowary I believe. Emus are only found in OZ.
