For corrosive atmosphere anti-corrosive spring supports are available it comes
with galvanized hardwares & plastics coated body & spring. It is available INDIA
with M/S Sarathi Hydrabad & M/S Pipe Supports INDIA
If your supports are in bad condition (check the hot load, cold load & travel range) then it is better to replace the hangers.
If the hangers are in good condition u can simply apply 2 coats of coal tar on
hangers except NAMEPLATE & hardware’s & apply grease on hardware’s. But before
doing this excise note down all the hanger details.

Anticorrosive epoxy primer followed by a finish coat might solve your problem.
For exact details, visit web sites of paint manufacturers like 'Hempel, International or Jotun' and preferably refer this problem to their rep. for details like exact no of coats, thickness of coats ... etc.
Parallely, try to change the material spec of these springs for future procurement.
