Um... You do realize that if the boat capsizes, everyone on board is involved, not just crew and paying passengers. Frostbite and being tipped overboard are equally non-restrictive. ;->

You're right about fishing being the most dangerous jobs worldwide. I hear crabbing and salmon fishing in Alaska are the most dangerous for US citizens, but a good season can be very reqarding.
