Calculation question of API650 tank design.

Hello, everyone:

Those days, I just do the calculation of API650 tank¡¯s shell, there is a question about the various-design-point method:

1. If the value h1/(r*t1)^0.5 >= 2.625, then, is it t2=t2a or others?
2. How does t2a calculate? When there is very little difference between ttt and tx, is the final value of ttt or tx instead of t2a or others? There is no clear declaim in API650.

The one responded promptly would be highly appreciated.
