Just wanted to pass along one of the best references I know for plant design - next to www.pipingdesign.ca <http://www.pipingdesign.ca> of course.
Offshore piping is covered in many sections depending on whether you are interested in platforms or subsea pipelines.

The Petroleum section is in English & Norwegian, 99% is available as a PDF file (free of charge) and it is maintained and updated as the standards are revised.
