''Swivel ring flange'' Dimension

I am looking for the dimensions of the flanges to suit following criteria

    flanges shall be suitable for pipeline / riser flowing fluid i.e. crude oil, gas, formation water or their combination,

    flanges shall be suitable for sub sea installation upto 300 ft water depth.     the flanges shall be suitable for working pressure equivalent to ANSI class 900 & sour service conditions as per NACE MR-01-075

    the flanges shall match a standard ANSI or API non rotating flanges of the same size & pressure rating
