Hi Sopan
I am always happy to answer "simple" questions, so keep them coming. The questions that I do not like are greedy questions.
Cheers
Steve

Hi!
Ken, Umesh,
Yes it is true and I agree with you, I think with this forum we must
discuss the real critical problems with design basis....ok
But you know some time I also have questions in mind but I feel it is
not to put all the time on this forum...and I try to find out
myself...ok...it is not our purpose here....to come out... Bye and take
care

Dear Prem & Som,
This forum is definitely here to discuss piping related things. But do you guys did some home work on this? Do you guys opened any piping design related book and try to find about this?
If we start receiving mails like "Why 1+1==2?"..There will be no interest in the forum. May be you guys don't have resources to get a piping design book. I can understand that. What about Internet? Just type, "Eccentric reducers in pump suction". You will get minimum 50 web pages. Is it so difficult?
My concern is, you should develop a attitude to do research.to think logically.. to develop new logics etc. If you guys start asking basis questions like this.you might have to mail at least 50000 mails to this forum.
The questions you guys asked is almost starting point of piping. By the way I am not discouraging you guys to mail to this forum. Don't misunderstand me. My point is always do some homework. If still you are clueless, bring it to the forum.
Developing the habit of studying books, doing research, using Internet to the possible highest extent.all will be great assets to your career.
