your biggest problem will be that even if you find and get all the water out of the pockets , it will leave minerals after drying. These minerals are ions and are what lead to polythionic cracking or in extreme cases SCC. This is espec bad for ss piping which no doubt is included your aircraft piping systems. Hence water is not a good choice.

I am going to commission an aircraft filling station. I decided to use water as test medium. I am now facing a problem on drying the pump after the system testing. Can anyone advise me on the alternatives available ?
