Pipeline engineering would seem to be fairly simple compared to piping design. Just take a hole of your design criteria, surround it with some metal or stuff. Then, make another hole (in the ground). Put original hole that has metal or other stuff surrounding it and put it in the other hole in the ground and surround it with dirt.
What could be easier?
