That is my understanding also. I'd like to have more welders and fitters subscribed to this group. It would be a good meld of engineering people.
I tend to not differentiate between "engineers" (there is still some confusion with that official appellation outside of Canada - got ring?), "designers" and field guys that have to fix our mistakes.
