SS pipe to be separated from GI pipe rack by 3mm SS sheet between pipe and respective pipe rack. SS sheet need to be stitch weld to the pipe rack to keep in place. This is system followed in Exxon-Mobile plants as per their standards.

What is the method of preventing galvanic corrosion between an SS pipe and its CS supporting structure. I have a duplex SS pipe to sit on a steel rack.
