Man-Hour Estimation

Hello all,
I want to collect some information about man-hours which need to spend for piping main activities then I need experieced people idea. I need this information to make a comparison data for my personel's productivity and future man-hour estimation.

my request informations are for Polpropylene,Polyethylene and/or other Petrochemical& Olefin plants.
please note that you could consider min. 5 years experiences for designers.
