No ready made table is available for pressure vessel nozzle loads like the ones available for air cooler and rotating equipment nozzle loads. The allowable external loads for the vessel to nozzle intersection and the nozzle to piping interface need to be calculated for each nozzle and the forces and moments exerted by the piping system on these nozzles to be kept below these values. See below articles in Chemical Engineering for further details.
Computer programs like PV Elite and Compress have provisions to input external loads(external forces and moments) for flange design.
