Gents+2
if I am pre-emptorily vanquished by a moderator, then there will be
no hard feelings.
However many of us are cursed by having a mobile phone so I thought I
might get some useful feedback.
You may recall I asked about PDAs some months back. Well I bought one
and it works well. Problem is it has flash memory, and I am a little
irregular about remembering to charge it up. After spending 2 weeks
in the bush (sorting out pipe routes, Paul), I found I had lost the
lot by the time I returned to civilisation. As of yet, nobody seems
to have thought of pinching the hard drive out of an iPod and putting
it in a PDA.
So I thought I might get a mobile phone with built in PDA because I
seem to remember to charge up mobile phones.
The Sony Ericsson P900/910i looks pretty good (and not too large)
although I have heard that MS Outlook compatibility is limited and
reliability is not that great.
I have had a good run with Nokia but they seem to be struggling to
keep up and dont have a direct equivalent. Prefer GSM.
I like camera, outlook compat, bluetooth, touchscreen, voice rec,
etc, but indestructibility in a compact size is probably the most
important.
Can anyone offer any recommendations or cautions?
Thanks in advance
