Why don't you go for DIN pipes (DIN 2448)?
A 20" DIN pipe has a wallthikness of 25 mm (1"), a 20" ANSI Sched 80 has a
wallthikness of 26.19 mm(1.031")

but i still got the problem how to find the schedule 80 with this
size diamter price ,however i need to make (cost-diamter curve),some
company sent me and told me that it is difficult because the market
is not stable.so if any one can guide me please.
