Hello NEEL..this is MEDHESH..also new member for Piping Design..I have done engg. in mech...currently working for a steel company as a design engg..currently i am building some of the flow system in my company..like circuits for Steam line, cooling water line, compressed air line, NG line n other utilities...wt i can suggest u to take initiative in Piping design is to start from the basics..go through all theories and formuleys of fluid mechanics..both for compressible as well as incompressible fluid flow. My question to other piping engg is about a Steam Condensate circuit...What we have in our Company is, we are generating Steam (saturated), 15 tonn/hr @ pressure 10 bar and supplying to other users @ 3.5 bar. But still we don`t have any proper condensate return systen. Draining all the condensate is not judicious at all..so please suggest me how we can inprove our circuit.
