Dear J Montero

You can refer to Pipeline Rules of Thumb Handbook 3rd edition, EW McAllister. page 82. You can see detail formula and example calculation. Present I am working calculation about this and I refer to this Handbook. Position of My anchor block between pipe leaves the ground and Pig receiver.
