Elbow or Pipe Bend?

Hi,

Could anyone tell that between a long radius elbow and a 3D pipe bend , which one is costlier? If its dependent on the size range and material, whats the general trend like? Explain in context to pipe material - carbon steel and alloy steel and size range from 2" to 30".
