v Well Familiar with Latest Versions of Auto CAD, such as R. 2005, R. 2004, R 2002 & Mechanical Desktop (MDT), Auto CAD Mech. 2004, CADWorks Plant Professional 2005, MECH-Q, Primavera 3.1, Micro Soft Office & Power Point etc.

v Preparation of Piping General Arrangement Layouts, Overall Plot Layout Plans, Equipment Layouts, Preparation of Isometric Drawings from General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), P & I Diagram Knowledge of ASTM, ASME Codes, As Built Drawings etc.

v API Storage Tanks as per API650/620 & General arrangement & fabrication details of multi level plant structures Like Truss, Column, Purlin, Top / bottom Bracing, Sheets arrangement & Equipment operating platforms, Process Skids, Framing Plan, Detail and shop drawings, radial stairways, associated Piping Drawings. Knowledge in AISC & other American, British, European & Indian Steel Structure design Codes etc.

v ASME Coded Pressure Vessels and Boilers as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.1&2, Preparation of GA Drawings, Nozzle Detail Drawings, Welding Details, Development for Pressure Vessels for Fabrication, related Structural platforms / stairways, Pig Launcher / Receiver Fabrication drawings, Isometric & 3D Modeling Drawings etc

v Preparation of Drawings for Piping and Cross country pipelines as per ASME B31.1, 31.3, 31.4 & 31.8 etc.

v Preparation of Shop-drawings, identifying welding spool lengths, shop / field welds, preparation of cut-lists for Fabrication of welding spools etc

v Good Experience in 3 Dimensional Drawings (3D) & Advanced in creations of drawings with XREF and OLE objects, importing and exporting drawings in various file formats (DXF, PDF, BMP etc.) for different software interfacing.

v Preparation of Architectural Drawings, Interior Designing, Civil Layouts, Electrical Layout Drawings etc.

v Co-ordination activities with workshop / Site Engineers etc.

v Preparation of Bill of Materials/ Quantities for Procurement Tendering as per as per ASME, API Standard Specifications.

v Familiar with Micro Soft Excel Spread Sheets for Calculations, Micro Soft Word, Micro Soft Power Point, Preparation of Work program / Schedule in Primavera / Micro Soft Project, Preparation of Weekly Work progress reports & Monthly Progress Reports as per Site Progress and Plan.
