None of my references show this as a standard size. The listing for B16.5 stops at 12 inches. It's a long shot but you might find for your service that a 24 IPS cl1500 meets your requirements. Check the pressure temperature rating tables for cl 1500 The tables show that most of the class 1500 flanges are rated for pressures exceeding 2400 psi for temperatures of 750F. Or try running the ASME Section VIII Div 1 flange calculation for your specific service and gasket loading in a cl1500 flange.
