Liu,

Gear operators for valves are vendor specific. You have to get in touch with your valve supplier.

Something interesting in this regard. Is eccentricity of valve operator checked in piping analysis? This is particularly interesting in case of small-bore valves with diaphragm operators. In one case this resulted in flange leakage due to local forces and moments. It's worth to have a local study.
