Hi Rathish,
I dont think anyone can give you an exact value for
the weight of a spectacle blind.The accurate method
has already been explained to you by James and it is
very simple with the formulas (for volume of
cylinders or area of circle)that we study in basic
geometry classes.If you are in engineering field
please do not look for "Exact Values". There are
always tolerances.
