You mean quoting? too bad you're not a Machead--the new mail client
knows how to put solid bars in place of the arrow thingies. And in
different colors, too, without need to send mail in html. Most of the
stand-alone e-mail clients let you choose quote characters, but I don't
think Internet browsers are so permissive.
