piping support

Hi,

What type of sliding piping support should be provide on the suction line of a drain pump ( centrifugal). The pump is used intermittently only and line size is 3 inch. Can a CS plate to CS plate be used or some thing better to reduce friction ie SS plate with PTFE slide plate
