If a change on iso is needed then a FCN (field change notice) will be sent back to our office along with a marked ISO (red line drawing), then we'll rev-up the iso and update the model.

How are the inevitable design changes (during erection) tracked? Does the construction crew have their own 3D model that they can mark-up/modify according to field changes?

As-builts seem to be gaining importance with the whole plant life cycle solution.
