Have you tried contacting Alias? As far as I know, Alias' Isogen is used by all the major piping design software companies.

You might also have disconnects between components or improperly identified components, but those are just WAGs.
If you can use SmartPlant Review and isolate onscreen (with a display set) the circuit that is causing the trouble you might be able to identify the source of the problem.
Have you noticed any database disconnection (i.e., clicking a component doesn't give you its information)? Maybe also try opening the .drv files with a text editor if they seem to be an unusually small file size.
