If you've checked your code books and haven't come up with any suitable
spec, you're probably out of luck. Martensitic steel is usually subject
to heat treatment, typically quenching and tempering, which is affected
by sustained high temperatures. Don't try to use materials which aren't
covered by whatever design code you're using.
