Bolting Loose

I'm having some problems with the heads of a Heat Exchanger related with the bolts. The Bolts are loosening in operation. Any one of you have some experience with this topic? How do you handled?. We have tried with Belleveille Washer but it seems not working. The Exchanger is attachhed to a column and it works as a Reboiler (I call it a Pump). Received on Tue May 17 10:18:00 2005
