It depends upon the type of pig. If it is an intelligent pig, you need to check with the intelligent pig manufacturers. They have some standard sizes predefined according to the pipe line sizes. Sizes and length between intelligent pig manufacturers seem to vary.

For standard scrapper, foam pigs, the length of the majo and minor barrels are quite standard and you can easily get them from the catalogs like TD Williamson and again, it varies according to the size ofthe pipeline.
