actually im using the software purchase from Coade the likes of CII, CodeCalc and Tanks. For a quickie, i just used either the Casio programmable or the excel.

But for dimensions or just figuring out the max. vel, i just grab the slide rule from M.W. Kellog.

For those lacking the resources, MS Excel is an excellent tool.
