SR criteria will vary as per the standard used by the professional & nature / type of piping. Basically SR will be done as per -

As per 31.3 SR reqd if PWT is equal or greater than 19.1 mm. As per 31.4 & 31.8 SR reqd if PWT is equal or greater than 32 mm. As per DNV standard SR reqd if PWT is equal or greater than 44 mm.
