How does the sensor detect leaks, by audible gurgling or other sounds due to a flow disruption or loss of pressure somewhere?
Sounds interesting but more info is needed.
Steve could probably build a reasonable facsimile for 2000 bucks and some beers if you gave him the microphone, some duct tape and speaker wire.
