I'll back John - agree with the reason/use of a personal identifier. MAYBE with a company name/title - but what if I'm working for myself - I can be the grand imperial poo-bah of the United States Conglomerate, and still have trouble buying a postage stamp! Realize that in some companies, titles have specific, unprinted, attachments - senior engineer means you are supervising x number of peons, etc. But for others, it doesn't mean anything.
