As I have setup this system twice in two different companies I would advise to call Intergraph as PDS is their product. They would be too happy to give you demonstration about their product. As Paul mentioned even if you have this software in your hand you will not be able to configure/install it in your system as it requires special training to do that. I have installed and using SSPID & INtools and we need a special trained team to keep the system running.

PDS/PDMS has no evaluation software available as far as I know.
The software setup and hardware requirements for such systems are so advanced and complicated that a dedicated team is required to install, configure and manage it.
