Autodesk does not have any piping software, only plumbing. There are 3rd
party companies that handle piping. Why are you not using a 3D system to do the
design work? If the design work was done in a 3D system like AutoPlant or
PDMS, etc. then you can extract Iso's as a by-product and not have to draw
them.
Autodesk Inventor10,which has a 3D piping modle, can
do it very quickly, and there are also some other
softwares,such as autoplant,which base on autocad,can
do it also,but,i think, since the basic is
different,so is the power of the functions.
