Maybe you missed the message I mistakenly sent to the group ("See attached"). I've sent out dozens of them but sometimes I click "reply" without noticing the sender's address.

In response to some users' questions, I won't be offering the file as a download from the website because that would likely bust the hosting budget. Sending it out via email is cheaper and lets me know who is requesting it.

Finally, I've gotten a few requests from members asking that I put them on "no email" status over the holidays. I *could* do that, but I don't think I should have to track peoples' comings and goings. If just 10% of members asked for this, I'd be swamped trying to remember who, when, etc.
