Better we should save head-kicking for posts where the sender doesn't identify him/herself the way we've been harping. In that regard, by now everyone should have a sig file with name and corporate affiliation so you don't have to remember it every time. If you use yahoo mail access your account info ('My account') then click on 'Mail' under options. On the mail options page click 'Signature' and compose a 3 or 4 line message with your name, company and maybe a clever quote, like General Sedgwick's last words. If you use Outlook or some other e-mail client, exercise the sig file option.
