Ladies and gentlemen,

   To quote Charles Becht (CH15 Process Piping 1st Edition) in respect of Chapter VII ASME B31.3    "The behaviour of nonmetallic piping is more complex than that of metallic piping, and the design criteria are significantly less well developed. As a result, designers are left to use their best judgement in many circumstances. For example,although a formal flexibility analysis is required, no methods are provided for performing one."
