I actually called and emailed the guy that asked this but he hasn't gotten back to me. He seemed to be a bit hesitant to explain the application, so maybe it's super secret or something.

Let's all speculate on what he's trying to do (I did ask for pressure, temperature and fluid).

Sounds like a fire sprinkler system to me, but knowing the company where he was posting from that is unlikely.

Aeration in a settling pond? Baseball field?
