Pump Tutorial

I forget if I've linked to this before, but Jacques' combination of hand-drawn sketches (I think he hired a million monkeys to do them), good graphics and writing style is engaging.

One could spend hours there and it's a great visit for any wannabe engineer.

FluideDesign is sort of an anti-PipingDesign site. It's very rich in content but not all that pretty.
