Dear friends,

DP=314000 KPa

DT=130C

Line Class 2500

Flange Material: Sa-182 gr F51 (UNS S31803)

Bolt Material SA-193 Gr B7

I performed the Flange Leakage Calculation Using CAESER-II.

The results say the flange joint is leaking/unsafe.These calculation are done by ASME Sec VIII div 1 Appendix-2 & S

Now If want to make my system Safe what I had to do

  1. Change the Flange Material to high yield strength material.
  2. Change the flange thickness
  3. Change the bolt material to high yield strength
  4. Or to change the gasket.

Please guide me of the economical alternatives. Is there any website which gives the ID and OD of raised face of flange.

The website posted earlier www.red-bag.com <http://www.red-bag.com/> does not give this detail. Please provide me of any links

Thanks & regards,

Danish
