Please provide your valuable input on this topic for, Martensitic Stainless Steel Pipe fittings UNS S31803 (Duplex Stainless Steel)

Service: Gas, Non Sour

Line class: 900#

Pressure: 12,000 KPa

Temperature: 130 C

I am informed by the vendor that seamless pipe fitting for duplex stainless steel for size greater than 8" is not manufactured anywhere. Is it true?

Is there any manufacturer who can provide DSS pipe fittings for size 10", 12" & 22".

As an alternative can we go for welded pipe fittings for above mentioned pressure and temperature? Please suggest what is the difference between Seamless & Welded fittings in terms of integrity of the system.

ASTM A 815 (Specification for Martensitic Stainless Steel Piping Fittings) Para 1.1.1 & 17.1.5 mentions about the seamless or welded configuration.
