Int''l Code or Regulation for Threaded Connection

Dear Fellows ;

Any idea what Int'l Code or Regulation that covers limitation of threaded piping in HC service (not the ASME B 31.3, since this still allows for some circumstances). I meant the higher requirement that restrict threaded connection in HC service.

They preferably applicable Internationaly such API, ISO, OSHA, etc. But UKOOA,BS, EN, NORSOK also considerable.
