Dear Michael

I think there is no short cut and you need to be a junior as long as you learn. Unfortunately engineering cannot be taught by others and you need to learn it yourself. What best others can do is give you a orientation towards engineering approach of any problem

I started as a junior piper about nine months ago i've been doing p&id's for the nine months know and i think i'll be doing G.A.s soon and was wondering when and what i should be learning true my career and how long do you be a junior for.
