It is very difficult to help you if you don't take the time to ask specific questions.

When you ask for technical papers on "economic analysis of local consumtion of natural gas in the state", which state of which nation are you interested in? We are all not living in the same country, let alone the same continent. As far as we know, you could even be asking for the state of matter, in this case, gas. For many states or provinces in many countries, the internet is full of these details. Did you spend more than a few minutes looking before you posted your request?

when you ask for technical papers on "economics of nigerian natural gas utilization option", are you asking for economics of using nigerian gas in Thailand, or of using natural gas as a raw material for making ammonia in Nigeria, or an infinite set of other options?

I do not intend to sound harsh, but before you agree to present a paper, you should have enough knowledge beforehand to know if you can indeed speak and sound authoritative, and give yourself time to prepare.
